| Email your digital photos. The more photos you send, the better. 2 minimum. Larger photos preferred. Email .jpg or .gif formats. If you cannot supply digital photos, you can mail or ship regular photos that will be returned with the completed painting. |
| Special requests? Let Jeff know if you have any image requests such as colors, canvas size, clothing, hair styles or personality. You may also choose to have your painting more realistic or more abstract in style. If you need the painting completed by a particular date, please include this as well. |
| Preliminary pencil sketches will be emailed to you for your approval prior to painting. |
| Payments: 25-50% deposits are required after your approval of the preliminary sketch. Your final balance is due when the painting is completed and is ready to be shipped. |
| Payment options: Credit cards with Paypal, Email money transfers, money
orders or certified cheques. Cash payments accepted in Halifax,
Canada. |
| Shipping: Jeff ships with UPS or Canada Post Xpresspost. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when the painting is sent out. Paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event of any damage in transit. |
